Hanging Bottles metal print by Emily Page. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

I honestly have no idea what made me paint this, but I'm so happy with how it turned out. Painting realistically is a challenge no matter what, and painting realistic glass kicks it up an extra notch, but for some reason, I really enjoyed the process. To snap photos to work from, I actually had to hang the bottles from a towel rack in my bathroom - not the most glamorous photo shoot, but effective. :)
About Emily Page
�Color and texture are hugely important in my work. Applied appropriately, they can actually elicit a visceral response from the viewer,� says Emily Page, a California-born, Virginia-raised artist. Page began experimenting with different brushwork and palette knife work, scraping and overlaying, from the very beginning. At Wake Forest University in North Carolina, she honed her skills and graduated with honors with a BA in visual arts. �I learned to work in a number of mediums, including sculpture and photography, but my passion has always been painting.
